The Jolly Jerky Co was born from a love of wholesome taste and flavour the whole family can enjoy.
Founder, Wayne began making Jerky from his family home over 15 years ago, mastering the skill of pairing West Australian grown beef with tantalising herbs and spices to create a nutritious and delicious snacking experience.
When Wayne’s children (who have been the inspiration behind A&K Original) began coming along and enjoying making Jerky with Dad, the love to create Jerky they could enjoy together, as a family was most important. The Strother family have and continue to spend hours hand crafting Jerky, experimenting with flavours and recipes they now share with you at The Jolly Jerky Co.
